Yummy Drinks

For the alcoholic in everyone, some v-day inspired drinks:

LUST
· Tanqueray Gin
· Parfait Amour
· Passion fruit sugar
· Pear puree
· Perrier Jouet Champagne
How to:
Pour all of the ingredients except the champagne into a glass Boston shaker.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Top with Perrier joust champagne.

ANGER: The Devil Martini
· Xellent Swiss Vodka
· Fresh Ginger
· Fresh Chilli
· Fresh Cucumber
· Passion fruit sugar
How to:
Muddle in a glass Boston shaker the cucumber, fresh chilli, fresh ginger and passion fruit sugar.
Add a generous measure of Xellent Vodka, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with 3 chilli rings.

GREED: Champagne Cocktail
· Hennessy Cognac
· Ruinart Rosé
· Sugar cube
· Angostura Bitters
How to:
Drop an angostura coated sugar cube into a champagne glass, add a measure of Hennessy cognac and top with Ruinart Rosé Champagne.

GLUTTONY: Belgian Chocolate Martini
· Xellent Swiss Vodka
· Mozart White Chocolate liqueur
· Baileys
· Crème de Cacao Blanc
· Dusted Chocolate
How to:
Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston glass, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Cover with dusted chocolate.
